Waldorf’s University & Career Counseling (UCC) program has always stood out for its warmth and attentiveness. Every student is known personally; every conversation matters. The addition of MaiaLearning doesn’t replace that human touch—it amplifies it. 

Now, counselors can spend more time guiding and mentoring, while students take greater ownership of their journeys. Parents, too, are invited into the process, with a clear window into their child’s progress, deadlines, and developing goals.
